Struggling to lose
weight?
Losing weight and keeping it off is one of the main
challenges now facing many people of all ages.
Habitual eating of either the wrong type of foods or

How does this affect you?
Well apart
from adverse health issues, being overweight can also affect other areas and people in your life; your family,

you now know what does not work for you.

Excessive TV dinners and
