An emotional issue or event from the past or present can sometimes feel too daunting to try to deal with it on your own. Friends and family may try to help but often are too close to you to help in the right way.

With the right kind of help and support people often overcome their issues and go on to live their life to the full.

For some people it’s a case of learning to live with a situation from the past, accept it happened, and learn not to let it affect how you live and enjoy life.

Other people can let experiences or events go in their mind completely.

Whichever way works for you the outcome is the same, you no longer let if affect how you think and feel in a negative way.
